Position Overview

As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you’ll focus on generating new B2B accounts and nurturing relationships with existing retailers. You’ll work directly with the Carter’s Exotics wholesale team to introduce premium hemp products to dispensaries, smoke shops, and other retailers.

This is a high-reward, independent contractor role ideal for motivated individuals who thrive on autonomy and performance-based pay.

Responsibilities

Identify and contact potential wholesale clients (dispensaries, smoke shops, CBD stores, wellness retailers)
Present and promote Carter’s Exotics product line to business owners and purchasing managers
Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and account management
Track leads, sales calls, and conversions
Stay informed about hemp industry trends and product knowledge
Provide feedback to leadership about market needs and competitor activity

Qualifications

Prior sales experience (B2B or wholesale preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Familiarity with the hemp, cannabis, or smoke shop industry is a plus
Reliable transportation and ability to manage your own schedule

Compensation

100% commission — earn 10–20% per closed deal
Residuals available on repeat accounts
Performance bonuses for top reps
No cap on earnings
