Compensation: Depends on Experience. Hourly basis equivalent to $130-$150k

Position Summary
The Vice President (or strong Senior Associate/Associate) will support fundraising, investor relations, and client servicing initiatives for the firm’s real estate investment platform. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, have a solid grasp of real estate fundamentals and metrics, and possess strong financial modeling and Excel skills. This individual will play a key role in supporting active fundraises and managing investor due diligence processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fundraising efforts for new real estate funds, including closed-ended and commingled vehicles.
- Manage investor due diligence processes, RFPs, and related documentation.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze real estate financial models and performance metrics.
- Prepare marketing materials, investor presentations, and reports in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Coordinate closely with investment, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution across fundraising initiatives.
- Track investor commitments and follow up with prospective LPs to move them “across the line.”
- Contribute to project management and workflow oversight across global investor relations initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5–6 years of experience in real estate fundraising, investor relations, or client coverage.
- Strong technical proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Background in investment banking, placement agent, or private equity consulting preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of real estate fundamentals and markets.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Experience with closed-ended or commingled funds a strong plus.
- Ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
