The Client Service Associate is an entry-mid level position, requiring an individual who is highly organized with a friendly and cheerful attitude and ability to make small-talk with clients and also enjoy doing detailed work with accuracy. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a support role, assisting Wealth Management Advisors in the service and sales cycle for both insurance and investment clients. This is a client facing role so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as you will work closely with all facets of the team and act as the liaison between the Network and Home Office, advisors and clients. The Client Service Associate will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities.

NOTE: This is an in-office role, 5 days a week; however, consideration will be given for remote work if a candidate is currently fully licensed and experienced.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience, licenses/designations

Job Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree is required
· Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial services/wealth management or insurance industry
· Current FINRA Series 6 or 63 or the ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
· Life & Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain within 30-days of hire
· Public Notary Certificate or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
· Knowledge of financial planning regulations, compliance requirements and industry best practices
· Attention to detail with the ability to stay highly organized and accountable at all times
· Tech savvy with thorough working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and ability to learn our client relationship software, clearing firm's system, and other systems
Job Responsibilities
· Communicate with clients to complete insurance and investment-related paperwork
· Submit and manage the underwriting and account opening process for all applications
· Arrange medical, paramedical and any other exams necessary for underwriting
· Process insurance requests: address changes, bank change info, loan requests and ISA service inquiries
· New account opening documents, coordinate asset transfers & document workflow throughout the process
· Process securities-related requests: account registration changes, provide statements/tax docs, etc.
· Conduct rollover calls between clients and current 401(k) plan administrator
