We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as
Inside Sales Support in Logan, UT.
COMPENSATION:
$16-19 per hour depending on expereince.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Process 100% of received and confirmed orders accurately through Salesforce and the order management system within 24 business hours of receipt.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations with correct product details, quantities, and pricing within 2 business hours of receipt.
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure all relevant deal information and updates are accurately and promptly entered into Salesforce.
- Work closely with the logistics manager to communicate accurate order ship dates to customers and sales personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process orders - Receive confirmed orders from customers and dealers (PO’s or signed quotes) and process orders through Salesforce CRM to iFit’s order management system. This includes ensuring all required approvals are obtained, ensuring customer accounts and data are consistent across systems.
- Communicate product availability - Analyze internal company reports in order to quote product lead times to sales managers and customers; receive and communicate changes to product availability.
- Product requests - send production change requests to the inside sales manager including build-to-order type products, color changes, and schedule improvements, in efforts to optimize lead times and the order fulfillment process.
- Are responsible for preparing sales quotations ensuring accuracy in product, quantities, and pricing.
- Working closely with outside sales to keep Salesforce updated.
- Team-oriented - maintain working relationships and communication across a variety of mediums.
- Meetings - participate in regular team meetings with the inside sales team and sales team as a whole.
- Logistics - work with logistics manager to coordinate and communicate order ship dates
- International documentation - complete required documentation upon shipment of international orders required for export.
- Improve Standard Operating Procedures used daily to increase productivity.
- Travel - minimal travel with sales managers and for tradeshows; average 1-2 times per year
- Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job.
- Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or one to two years of relevant professional experience.
- Must be able to sit, speak, hear, use hands for manual tasks, and lift or move objects up to 25 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to read, interpret, and apply information from business publications, journals, and regulations.
- Proficient in writing clear and professional reports, correspondence, and procedural documentation.
- Confident in presenting information and effectively responding to questions from groups or stakeholders.
- Skilled in performing mathematical calculations, including discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages, and applying basic algebra and geometry concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to solve practical problems and manage a variety of concrete variables.
- Capable of interpreting and following instructions delivered in written, verbal, diagrammatic, or schedule formats.
Pay Range: : $16 USD - $19 USD
