Fortune-Johnson General Contractors is seeking an Entry Level AP Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that embraces ambiguity, thinks big, and brings their own uncompromising standards of excellence.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and invoicing
- Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
- Perform monthly reconciliations
- Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries
Desired Skills And Experience
- 2+ years of administrative experience within a fast-paced organization
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent team player who is comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Ability to maintain focus while working in a high level, fast paced environment.
- Ability to effectively organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
