Description:
APCO has an exciting opportunity for a full-time or part-time Project Coordinator in our control and automation consulting firm and its related businesses. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to coordinate project schedules, staffing, and resource commitments. This role is critical to ensuring smooth project execution, accurate data management, and effective coordination across internal groups.
Key Responsibilities:
· Configure and manage project scheduling and resource allocation in company ERP
· Coordinate closely with project managers to ensure that schedules and workloads are up to date and accurately reflect current project conditions
· Work with engineering teams to ensure progress towards project milestones is accurately tracked
· Assist with resource planning and allocation
· Generate reports and dashboards for leadership review
· Support onboarding and training of team members on ERP and task management workflows
· Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies or system issues
Preferred Skills and Experience:
· Experience with project coordination or project controls
· Strong proficiency using complex software packages
· A 4-year degree or equivalent experience
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other computer tools as needed.
· Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
· Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint would be beneficial, but is not required
