Job Description
Studio Todd Raymond is a NYC-based full-service residential interior design studio dedicated to creating modern interiors that are timeless, balanced, and layered. We are seeking a full-time Junior Interior Designer with 1-2+ years design experience to join our team in New York, NY. The Junior Designer will be hands-on with all aspects of the design process, directly supporting the Senior Designer with project management and procurement. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with the ability to work in a collaborative environment, have a curiosity to grow and learn with the studio, and help bring to life authentic designs.

What You Will Be Doing
- Support the Sr. Designer in all aspects of the design and project management process
- Build client presentations in InDesign
- Interface and coordinate with vendors and showroom representatives to source fabrics, rugs, and materials for all projects
- Contribute to procurement process of all FF+E items on a project
- Request quotes from vendors and review for accuracy and client approval
- Act as client liaison for scheduling of all meetings and meeting minutes
- General Office Tasks, such as helping to create shipping labels for samples coming in and out of the office
- Build project schedules for custom pillows, window treatments, etc. as needed
- Help source FF+E, as needed
Job Requirements
What You Will Bring Along
- Must be based in NYC
- Must know InDesign
- Some knowledge of AutoCAD (but not required), Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Be hands-on and open-minded, and have a desire to work in teams with multiple designers and vendors
- Excellent notetaking and follow-through
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field, not required but preferred
- Desire to absorb and learn
