Prime Party is an innovative company specializing in high-quality themed party supplies with exclusive rights to many fan favorites like The Office, Star Trek, Cheers, Golden Girls, Bob Ross and more of what’s missing in the party world like Disney, Star Wars, Marvel, Seinfeld, A Christmas Story, and more!

This role is also designed to foster your professional creative development with hands-on experience in graphic design, branding, online product presentation, and licensed products. If pop culture is your jam and you love bringing unique ideas to life, Prime Party is the place to do it!

Create designs for licensed party supplies (plates, napkins, banners, favors, table covers, etc.), primarily with Disney assets.
Adapt and refine licensor artwork into finished, production-ready designs.
Prepare files for print and ensure quality and brand consistency.
Create artwork that meets the direction of licensors and apparel design team.
Complete artwork projects efficiently at relatively high volume.

What you bring to the party:

Experience with Creatives Suites (strong Illustrator and Photoshop skills)
You embody Pop Culture.
You bring the flair — creating pop culture party magic that turns every celebration into a fan-fueled experience.
Driven by enthusiasm and ambition, your self-driven attitude and entrepreneurial spirit allow you to drive results.
You know how to keep the party on-brand—navigating style guides, licensor assets, and brand rules.
Creativity, passion, and attention to detail, mixed with the ability to meet deadlines and move forward to the next creative project!

Location: Where the party never stops! (Hybrid 1-3 days per week in Monroe, Washington)

Base Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

The annual salary range for this position is: $50,000 - $70,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.?
