This role serves two key purposes. First, sales is the most critical step in our new customer journey—and it starts with speaking to a Qualification Specialist (that's you!). Second, it’s the entry point to mastering our full sales process.
THIS POSITION WILL CHANGE AS YOU PROGRESS.
Every 'closer' in our company begins by mastering our appointment setting process. Regardless of prior experience, we generally make every person begin as a 'Qualification Specialist.' You will ideally become a 'Project Specialist' within 60 days, which results in a significant pay bump.
What you’ll do is straightforward:
- Prospect from our open database of 10,000+ leads via SMS campaigns and outbound calls
- Qualify homeowners and set clear expectations about solar
- Schedule appointments and update dispositions in our CRM (GoHighLevel-based)
- Contact at least 50 people per day to drive consistent results
- Quickly Progress into our Energy Consultant Position
This role is ideal if you are:
- Performance-driven
- Experienced in Sales but New to the solar industry
- Experienced in solar sales but frustrated with your last company
- Skilled at prospecting
- Knowledgeable in finance (not required)
- Love closing big deals.
This is our entry-level position, though some prefer the rhythm and stay with it long-term. Most aim to promote into our professional In-Home Specialist role, where you’ll close the appointments that are set for you. Every sales person starts at this role regardless of past solar experience.
The job is primarily remote phone sales, powered by robust software that automates busywork and prioritizes high-return leads. Upon promotion, this transitions to a full in-person role.
Requirements:
- Must live within 60 miles of Cheyenne, WY
- Must have a dedicated home office with a computer and reliable high-speed internet
- Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or GoHighLevel is a plus
- Reliable vehicle required for advancement beyond this role
Compensation:
- $21,000 annual base pay
- $100 per kW commission ($900 average per project)
- Average performer earned $179,110 over the past 12 months (as of Nov 2025)

Pay: $94,819.00 - $197,775.09 per year
