Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. To be considered for position you must have at least one year of prior automotive sales experience. Knowledge of Trucks and Suvs are a plus. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive world, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage the sales pipeline effectively. You will engage with customers both in-person, over the phone, and computer to help guide them through the purchasing process while ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing the sale.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, highlighting features and benefits.
- Utilize inventory management systems to track vehicle availability and sales.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach.
- Perform outbound sales calls to follow up with leads and nurture potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using software tools.
- Demonstrate retail math skills to assist customers with financing options and payment plans.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients over the phone.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance public speaking skills and product knowledge.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Experience in inventory management within an automotive context is beneficial.
