Senior Geotechnical Software Implementation Specialist/Project Manager
Dataforensics, a fast-growing civil engineering software company, is searching for a customer service oriented full-time employee to lead Software Implementations. As a project manager, you will be interacting directly with Dataforensics clients and directing junior staff implementing Dataforensics’ geotechnical and geo-environmental software. Additionally, you will be responsible for configuring some of the more technical aspects of the implementation.

Dataforensics employees are collaborating with engineers, geologists, software developers and management through projects. This role will frustrate you at times. This role will challenge your patience sometimes. But you will be rewarded with satisfaction when you have successfully helped a customer deploy and use our software. You will be shaping the way an entire industry gets the job done.
Job Description/Responsibilities
- Lead implementations of Dataforensics/Keynetix software
- Perform integration of Dataforensics/Keynetix software with other 3rd party software
- Provide technical support for Dataforensics clients
- Perform training of Dataforensics/Keynetix software
- Collaborate with team members on software implementation and development
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with Soil Mechanics and Introduction to Foundations or specialization in Geotechnical Engineering
- Technology background and awareness / Ability to rapidly learn new software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least 3 years geotechnical consulting experience
- Geotechnical engineering background
Preferred Skills
- Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with Geotechnical Engineering Specialization
- Professional Engineer
Nice to Haves/Dataforensics will provide training:
- Experience with databases such as MS Access
- Experience with geographic information systems (GIS)
- Experience with gINT
- Experience with HoleBASE SI
- Experience with KeyLAB
