We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design, with proficiency in various design software. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate concepts into practical designs that meet project specifications. The Designer will collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to ensure that all designs align with client needs and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed design plans and schematics using CAD software.
- Create 3D models and renderings for presentations and client reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback.
- Utilize software such as SketchUp, NavisWorks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and SolidWorks for drafting and modeling.
- Conduct mechanical design tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare construction documents and specifications for projects.
- Assist in the creation of 2D animations to visualize design concepts.
- Maintain organized documentation of all design processes and revisions.
Skills
- Proficiency in design software including SketchUp, NavisWorks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and drafting techniques.
- Ability to create detailed schematics and construction documents.
- Experience in CAD applications relevant to the industry.
- Knowledge of 2D animation techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
