Project Architect – Mixed-Use & Urban Housing
Location: Dallas, TX
Full-Time | 7–12 Years of Experience | Revit Required | Licensure Not Required
A Dallas-based architecture firm with a strong focus on urban housing, mixed-use, and adaptive reuse is seeking a skilled Project Architect to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who’s technically strong, comfortable managing multiple project phases, and excited to contribute to high-profile developments shaping the Dallas skyline and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design and documentation of large-scale multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use projects
- Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Oversee project timelines, drawing sets, and compliance with codes and standards
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal design reviews
- Use Revit daily to produce and manage construction documents and BIM coordination
What We’re Looking For:
- 7–12 years of architectural experience (multifamily or mixed-use preferred)
- Proficiency in Revit is required
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation, building codes, and technical detailing
- Solid coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Architectural license not required, but experience leading projects is essential
