- Produce the weekly worship bulletin and any special service programs (holy days, funerals, weddings, seasonal services).
Digital & Web Content
- Keep website content up to date, including events, news/blog posts, and key ministry information (no heavy coding required; basic familiarity with website editors is sufficient).
- Post and update event information and other time-sensitive content to the events/calendar and blog pages.
- Work with staff to ensure online information is accurate, inviting, and easy to navigate.

- Monitor comments and messages and respond or redirect them to staff as appropriate.
- Assist with email communication, such as e-newsletters and special announcements.
Worship Graphics & Slides
- Create announcement and worship slides for services and special events (song lyrics, readings, announcements, and visual backgrounds), in collaboration with the Technical Director and worship team.
- Ensure worship visuals are accurate, easy to read, and aligned with the overall look and feel of our communications.
Collaboration & Administration
- Work closely with the Office Manager, pastoral staff, Technical Director, and ministry leaders to gather information and plan communications.
- Help maintain a basic communications calendar so staff and volunteers know what’s going out and when.
- Occasionally support other office and communications tasks as needed.
- Coordinate and produce the monthly newsletter (print and/or email): plan content with staff, edit and proofread submissions, design layout, and oversee printing/distribution.
- Create and update seasonal and event publications (postcards, flyers, brochures, mailers, etc.).
