Responsibilities
- On-board new hires for the Financial Advisor/Wealth Manager Position (conduct Welcome Meetings, maintaining relationships with Sponsors until in office)
- Manage the sponsor tracking and related documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and reduce risk to company
- Maintain relationships with Managers/ Executive Team/ Operations Team and communicate on sponsor progress
- Conduct weekly on-track meetings with candidates and create study plans catered to sponsor timelines.
- Prepare reports and conduct a presentation on a weekly basis for the Sponsors’ progress
- On average conduct 60 meetings weekly
- Weekly reports and communication to the Director of Sponsorship
- Facilitate the application and registration process for licensed sponsors, ensuring completion prior to office start dates.
