Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role located in the Lubbock-Levelland area. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to meet customer needs. The role involves conducting sales calls, providing product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, tracking sales metrics, and collaborating with team members to develop business growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer relations skills, including the ability to maintain and develop client relationships and meet sales targets effectively.
- Experience with product knowledge and the ability to educate customers about automotive products, equipment, and services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer support and manage client needs effectively.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle sales documentation, schedules, and sales metrics efficiently.
- Self-motivation and a results-driven approach with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the service area.
- Experience in the automotive or related industry is a plus, along with a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
