Your Role: Marketing Professional
You’ll bring creativity, strategy, and technology together to strengthen the organization’s digital presence, engage audiences, and support business growth.
Website & Digital Marketing
- Design, manage, and update website content (WordPress + Elementor)
- Create and optimize landing pages, product pages, and campaign materials
- Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure a seamless user experience
Email Marketing
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns using MailChimp (automation, segmentation, and A/B testing)
- Monitor performance metrics and refine campaigns to increase engagement and conversions
Content & Campaign Creation
- Write and edit engaging content for emails, landing pages, blogs, and promotional materials
- Develop full-cycle marketing campaigns for product launches and remarketing initiatives
- Transform complex product information into accessible, compelling messaging
Innovation & Strategy
- Explore AI tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency
- Recommend and implement creative ideas to increase visibility and brand awareness
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and continuously evolve strategy
Collaboration & Support
- Contribute to social media initiatives, ensuring consistent brand voice
- Support customer experience teams by assisting with chat and phone inquiries
- Serve as backup to the Marketing Administrator when needed
- Document marketing processes and participate in team-wide projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Proficiency with WordPress and Elementor
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Proven experience managing email campaigns and automation
- Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills
- Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset and interest in AI tools
