Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and configuration of HxGN EAM modules to meet organizational needs, ensuring alignment with business processes and technical standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including maintenance, operations, and IT—to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Conduct detailed system testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing to guarantee optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users, fostering confidence and proficiency in utilizing the EAM platform.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows, and best practices for future reference.
- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements to enhance asset tracking, maintenance scheduling, work order management, and reporting capabilities.
- Stay current with updates and new features of HxGN EAM software, integrating innovations that add value to asset management strategies.
- Engage in project management activities related to asset lifecycle initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
Skills
- Proven experience with HxGN EAM or similar enterprise asset management systems.
- Strong understanding of maintenance management processes, including work order lifecycle, preventive maintenance, and asset tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; capable of diagnosing system issues efficiently.
- Effective communication skills for training users and collaborating across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting functionalities within EAM platforms.
- Familiarity with technical concepts related to Quantum engineering is highly desirable, as it enhances understanding of complex asset systems.
