Responsibilities

Develop, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency across production lines.
Implement process improvements utilizing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance workflow.
Conduct root cause analysis on process deviations or quality issues, identifying corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with industrial engineering teams to develop schematics, process flow diagrams, and system layouts aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
Lead projects involving plastics injection molding, fabrication, welding, assembly line setup, and industrial equipment integration.
Support factory experience by ensuring manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project scheduling to meet deadlines while maintaining quality benchmarks.
Monitor and maintain chemical bath parameters, temperature, and voltage settings.
Train operators on best practices and process changes.

Skills

2+ years of experience in manufacturing or equivalent
Knowledge of electrochemical principles and surface treatment technologies.
Strong background in process engineering with experience in industrial engineering methodologies and factory operations.
Ability to perform root cause analysis effectively using structured problem-solving techniques.
Experience working within a manufacturing facility environment with exposure to ISO 9001 standards is preferred.
Strong project scheduling skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on deliverables.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
