Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency across production lines.
- Implement process improvements utilizing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance workflow.
- Conduct root cause analysis on process deviations or quality issues, identifying corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with industrial engineering teams to develop schematics, process flow diagrams, and system layouts aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
- Lead projects involving plastics injection molding, fabrication, welding, assembly line setup, and industrial equipment integration.
- Support factory experience by ensuring manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project scheduling to meet deadlines while maintaining quality benchmarks.
- Monitor and maintain chemical bath parameters, temperature, and voltage settings.
- Train operators on best practices and process changes.
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or equivalent
- Knowledge of electrochemical principles and surface treatment technologies.
- Strong background in process engineering with experience in industrial engineering methodologies and factory operations.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis effectively using structured problem-solving techniques.
- Experience working within a manufacturing facility environment with exposure to ISO 9001 standards is preferred.
- Strong project scheduling skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on deliverables.
