We are seeking a full-time experienced and strategic remote Controller to oversee our accounting team and play a key leadership role in guiding the financial direction of our organization. The Controller will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and provide critical financial insights that support decision-making and organizational growth. Reporting to the CFO, this individual will manage financial operations including financial statements, treasury functions, payroll, audit coordination, and tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation, accuracy, and integrity of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting packages.
- Provide comprehensive financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership by gathering, evaluating, and interpreting financial data.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls, accounting policies, and procedures that align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $175,000 – $180,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory/management responsibilities.
- Must have Healthcare experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Start up or PE experience a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all organizational levels.
