We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team, either remotely or in-office. This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information across our systems, ensuring smooth business operations. Key Objectives

Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

Enter data from various sources into the company’s database with speed and accuracy.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correcting errors as needed.
Maintain and update records, ensuring information is current and organized.
Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Generate reports and summaries as requested by management.
Identify areas for process improvement and communicate suggestions effectively.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with data management software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or office setting.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
