Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager
Compensation: Top performers earn $200,000+ annually
A high-volume, well-established automotive dealership group is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle financing and protection-product process while maintaining strict compliance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and secure vehicle financing, insurance products, aftermarket offerings, and extended warranties.
- Provide customers with clear, thorough explanations of available programs, dealership policies, and manufacturer procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders to ensure competitive rates and financing options.
- Accurately process all finance and lease contracts and obtain approvals through appropriate financial, state, federal, and corporate channels.
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting new and used vehicle sales and financing.
- Partner closely with the sales department to ensure all customers are referred to the F&I office.
- Train and support the sales team on financing programs, lease options, and extended service products.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of automotive sales experience and at least one year in a dealership management or F&I role strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and vendor partners.
- Proven ability to maintain department profitability while supporting customer satisfaction goals.
- Solid understanding of compliance requirements for automotive finance operations.
- Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
