Summary
The
Human Resources Coordinator will assist with greeting all visitors, employees, and applicants while maintaining the day-to-day administrative functions of a highly active Human Resources office.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls and walk-in inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assisting with special projects and coordinating certain employee relations events.
- Maintaining the office environment to ensure an organized and welcoming space.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires and scheduling interviews.
- Preparing and issuing employment verification letters.
- Assisting with decorations and setup for employee events and celebrations.
- Coordinating and setting up quarterly functions and meetings.
- Performing general clerical and administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
The hourly rate for this position is $30 - $32.

Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- One (1) or more years of Human Resources or management experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems preferred.
