We’re starting with Sophia, an end-to-end agentic matchmaker that uses advanced language and computer-vision models to deliver highly tailored introductions. Sophia is built on the latest relationship science. Instead of swiping, you talk. Sophia listens, and intelligently learns your personality, relationship style, and introduces you to someone who fits. Sophia will launch as an invite-only community, growing intentionally before opening more broadly.
The Role
We’re seeking a Membership & Community Curator who is part tastemaker, part connector, part ambassador. Your role is to embody Sophia’s aesthetic, scout aligned individuals, and extend invitations that preserve the integrity of our early community. Think of it as refined field marketing.
How You’ll Contribute
- Represent Sophia authentically in your city and circles.
- Grow Sophia membership & community by Identifying and inviting individuals who are additive
- Create partnerships with aligned brands with with in real life activations
- Share Sophia’s story through your own platforms and followings
- Plan and host and execute attend in-real life gatherings that bring the brand to life in your city.
- Surface insights on cultural trends, tastemakers, and potential partners.
Who You Are
- A connector by nature, attuned to people and culture.
- High-end aesthetic with cultural fluency.
- Experienced in lifestyle, luxury, or community-driven roles.
- Entrepreneurial, high-agency, and comfortable moving with speed while being poised.
- Value add if the applicant has an established presence on Instagram, TikTok, or similar.
Ideal Backgrounds
- Experience in luxury or lifestyle marketing (e.g., fashion, beauty, wellness, or hospitality).
- Prior roles in membership management or brand partnerships at private clubs, boutique hotels, or cultural institutions (e.g., Soho House, Casa Cipriani, The Wing, The Ned, Aman, etc.).
- Background in fashion PR, brand ambassadorship, or experiential marketing, especially where aesthetics and human connection intersect.
- Content creator or influencer with a refined, high-end audience and a demonstrated ability to shape cultural trends.
- Experience in community, events, or talent relations — someone who intuitively connects people and curates meaningful gatherings.
