As a Finance Intern, you will be given the opportunity to apply your academic training in a real-world setting. In this role, you will obtain exposure to day-to-day Finance operations that support the entire business ranging from sales reporting, recording journal entries, and analysis of financial statements. Ideal candidates will be individuals who want to learn Finance operations, are career-minded, detail-oriented, and utilize creative problem-solving abilities.
What you'll be doing:
- Perform various aspects of Finance, including accounts receivable reconciliations, timekeeping analysis, and auditing of Finance data
- Evaluate project documentation to apply revenue recognition concepts and accurately update system information
- Assess business processes to identify ways to more accurately forecast, analyze, and report results
- Gain exposure to various tools, including JAMIS Prime and Sage software
- Assist in applying knowledge to analyze, investigate, and resolve non-routine problems
- Ability to interface with middle and senior-level management and articulate financial information in a clear and concise manner
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.

What you'll bring to the table:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Finance, or related field of study
- A 3.2/4.0 GPA or higher
- Professional written & verbal communication
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate with team members using interpersonal skills
- A high level of integrity and attention to detail
- Strong independent judgment and leadership skills
