Position
The Talent Development Coordinator plays a key role in the planning and execution of career development initiatives to support business evolution with the right skill-based organization.
They are hands-on with overseeing the day-to-day execution of all programming, with strong project planning and organizational capabilities, with a proactive approach to problem solving and communication, and anticipating future needs. They are a strong cross-functional partner, driving collaboration across departments and with Retail teams.
Job responsibilities
Talent Development Programming
- Presentation Development: Creation, design and edit of presentations and documents in PowerPoint and other programs (Adobe, InDesign, Canva) as needed.
- Digital Learning Platforms: Manage digital learning platforms including Yoobic, Harvard Manage Mentor, and HBP Collection, including leading trainings, content development, marketing campaigns, and monitoring usage and effectiveness.
- Career Development: Lead all logistical support for career and talent development programming for Retail and Corporate, including owning communications to cohorts and partners, invites, and feedback surveys.
- Facilitation: Support and lead in facilitating various programming both in person and virtual.
- Track and report progress of employee participation
- Targeted facilitation and presenting for dedicated workshops
- Organize and manage logistics for both virtual and in-person training programs.
Talent Development Processes
- Talent Review (OMR): Manage data analysis and overall presentation development of annual talent review process, in partnership with HRBPs.
- Performance Reviews (RISE): Co-lead training on performance & development platform throughout the year. Assist with system maintenance and tracking of annual Performance Reviews, including technical support for online platform, and developing communication campaigns in partnership with Internal Communications lead.
- Project Mapping: Drive yearly Project Mapping for Talent Development, conducting quarterly check-ins with team.
Administrative
- Lead all marketing communication for the department
- Set up and breakdown of in person workshops/animation
- Manage cost control /budget management
- Lead social report data file
- Support HR teams with final revision on PowerPoint decks (adhoc)
- Pulling and synthesizing data from all HRIS systems
- Vendor management of relationships and processes
Profile
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant talent development experience
- Intermediate level of PowerPoint and excel
- Attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
- Organized and ability to project manage
- Ability to self-initiate, and thrive in ambiguity
- Resourceful with ability to anticipate risk and troubleshoot autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Information
The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $70k - $80k annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
