About the Role
Looking to break into closing? This is your opportunity.
This SDR role is built differently. While the title is Sales Development Representative, you will operate as a GTM Account Executive. On Odoo’s Direct Sales team, you will go beyond traditional top-of-funnel activities. Outbound prospecting is still a key part of the role, but you will also guide leads through the entire sales process, from first contact to final close. This is a strong next step for an ambitious sales rep ready to develop full-cycle closing skills in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
You will receive in-depth training on Odoo’s suite of fully integrated business apps, enabling you to run product demos, lead discovery calls, and work closely with prospects to solve real business challenges. Most importantly, you will be empowered to own your deals and close them, gaining the experience and confidence needed to accelerate your sales career.
Why Join Odoo?
This is more than just a stepping stone. It is a launchpad.
We give our GTM Account Executives the tools, training, and trust needed to close deals. You will gain practical closing experience, sharpen your consultative selling approach, and contribute directly to Odoo’s growth. All of this happens within a supportive and high-energy sales team.
