In the last 3 months, we just grew from 5 → 10 people across Engineering, Design, and are now bringing on an SDR to scale our outbound motion.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team in the San Francisco Bay Area for an on-site role. In this position, you will identify and engage potential customers, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
You'll work directly with the CEO to run outbound experiments and open doors at the right companies. High ownership, real GTM exposure, quota-carrying role. If you’re killing it, you will be on track for Founding AE role.
What You’ll Do
- Run outbound across cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and in-person (SF events + occasional travel)
- Own the full pipeline: targeting → messaging → scheduling → follow-up
- Maintain CRM hygiene and hit monthly meeting quotas
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in sales, GTM, or customer-facing roles (or strong hustle background)
- You've done the unglamorous work: built prospect lists from scratch, sat down and ground out cold calls and emails for a full day, and done it again the next day
- Comfortable with outbound and rejection
- Used prospecting tools like Clay, Sales Navigator, or Apollo
- Familiar with CRM deal stages & pipeline maintainence
- Someone who’s relentless, high-energy, and always looking to keep growing
Compensation
- Base: $60K–$80K
- OTE: $90K–$110K (base + commission with accelerators)
- Equity: 0.05%–0.2% (4-year vest, 1-year cliff)
