Opportunity:
You’ll be playing a pivotal role in building the company’s presence stateside. Working directly with experienced sales leaders, you’ll own the outbound motion — from prospecting to qualification — and have the freedom to shape outreach strategies that cut through the noise. You’ll also collaborate with UK and European counterparts, travelling for onboarding, kick-offs, and company retreats.
Your Role:
- Identify and engage potential clients across mid-market and enterprise sectors
- Design and execute personalised, creative outbound campaigns
- Collaborate with AEs to build qualified pipeline and drive growth in the US market
- Stay ahead of AI and SaaS trends to lead informed conversations with prospects
- Develop toward a Senior SDR or AE position within 12–18 months
What You Bring:
- Around 1–2 years of BDR or commercial experience — ideally in tech or SaaS
- A sharp commercial mindset and strong communication skills
- Independence, drive, and a genuine passion for technology and innovation
- The ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and articulate them clearly
- A self-starter mentality — confident operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment
