Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in time and motion studies, process mapping, and data collection on the shop floor.
• Support ongoing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help analyse production bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, supply chain) to identify inefficiencies.
• Assist in creating standard work instructions and updating documentation.
• Support facility layout changes and space utilization planning.
• Assist in kitting components for the technicians
• Create work instruction documents on a daily basis, and plan for its execution.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to real-world engineering challenges.
