ABOUT THE BRANDAlberto Luzzi is an Italian-designed, New York–built jewelry house rooted in quiet luxury, craftsmanship, and identity. Our tagline — Wear Your Becoming — reflects our belief that jewelry marks personal evolution.
This Fall we opened our first flagship store in SoHo. The space blends luxury retail with a unique, 1,500 sq foot event space where we will build The Vault 100, an exclusive members club for our top clients, home to curated gatherings, private events, and brand activations.
This is our first external hire — a role with real influence on how the brand is experienced.
THE ROLEAs our founding Client Advisor, you will be the face of the brand on the floor. Your responsibility is to deliver a highly curated, high-conversion client experience while building our earliest book of loyal customers.
- Guiding clients through presentation, storytelling, and conversion.
- Building a high-quality client book and driving repeat business.
- Clienteling through SMS, Instagram, WhatsApp, and email via Klaviyo (tastefully).
- Hosting and supporting Social Club evenings, private appointments, and events.
- Maintaining elevated presentation standards across cases, trays, and store visuals.
- Running the floor independently with discipline and clear judgment.
- Helping shape the sales culture, processes, and service standards of the brand.
Top talent will be trusted with autonomy and expected to perform at a high level.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORCore Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years in luxury retail or hospitality where closing mattered with references.
- Jewelry, watches, fashion, art galleries, and boutique hotels strongly preferred.
- Proven sales closer. Clear track record of targets hit or exceeded.
- Polished presence. Tasteful, composed, restrained — aligned with luxury.
- Experience managing events, private appointments, or in-store activations; able to manage setup, guest flow, ROI and hospitality with precision.
- Experience managing social media (IG Stories, TikTok clips, product features) to drive daily store visibility.
- Business-minded approach — understands how sales, marketing, and brand storytelling connect; able to operate with founder-level ownership in a start-up environment.
- Strong interpersonal intelligence. You read clients quickly and build trust.
- Organized and disciplined. This role is often solo on the floor.
- Story-driven communicator. Able to present jewelry as identity and lifestyle.
- Independent thinker. Comfortable in a start-up retail environment with less structure.
Bonus: languages (Italian, French, Mandarin), experience with clienteling tools, or strong personal aesthetic.
COMPENSATION & GROWTH
Base Salary: $42,000–$48,000
Commission: 1.5% on all personal sales, with tiered accelerators
Performance Bonuses: Quarterly, tied to client book growth and repeat visits
Perks: Merchandise credit, access to exclusive brand events, mentorship from the founders
Career Path: Promotion to Store Lead/Manager within 6–12 months for high performers
