Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Acquisition Specialist based in New York, NY.
The Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting market and financial analyses, and supporting the due diligence and transaction process. Responsibilities include identifying off-market and on-market deals, analyzing property performance metrics, preparing financial models, and assisting in negotiations through to closing. The role requires close collaboration with the company’s leadership and construction management teams to align acquisition strategies with value-add execution plans.
Qualifications
You don’t need years of experience — you need hunger, discipline, and the willingness to learn. We’ll train you from the ground up on how to source real off-market and distressed assets across NYC. You’ll learn how to identify undervalued multifamily, mixed-use, and small-development deals, how to speak with homeowners and brokers, and how to analyze opportunities the same way we evaluate deals internally.
