Status: Fellow (5-month program)

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour + housing stipend

The Membership Services Departments job is to maximize every fan’s doorstep-to-doorstep experience by identifying innovative ways to maximize the value of their ticketing investment, strengthen the connection with that fan and the brand, and create a year-round entertainment platform. The Dodgers Ticket Sales team is a dynamic, revenue-driven department focused on delivering exceptional fan experience while driving innovative sales strategies. Our programs include season memberships, group sales, tourism and entry level sales, complemented by industry-leading initiatives such as youth engagement, fan experience packages, and hospitality offerings.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Help with emails and calls from Members, game day tasks such as helping with game day experiences, work in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce CRM, etc.
- Ticket Sales: Responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email or in person.
- Scheduling appointments for sales staff and communicating arrival documents.
- Working and performing assigned event day and night responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements/Qualifications
- Organization, attention to detail, time management, CRM management, creativity, critical thinking skills Ticket Sales:
- Possess strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized fashion
- Ability to work on computers for long periods of time
- Ability to handle heavy phone activity
- Willing to work the varies hours
- Must be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your program
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
- Passionate about working for a professional sports team
- Current student with a graduation date of December 2025/January 2026 OR within one year post graduation
- Graduated from undergrad or graduate school, with no more than a 2-year gap between undergraduate graduation and the start of graduate school
- Must be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 5-month program from March to August 2026
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
- Passionate about working for a professional sports team
- Proactive and out of the box thinking
This program consists of 80% in-department work, 15% cross-functional project experience, and 5% additional programming. Fellows collaborate on real business projects in small cross-functional groups while gaining hands-on, department-specific experience under a dedicated manager. The program is 100% in-person/onsite.
