Role Overview
CommanderAI is expanding fast in the $100B+ waste management industry, and we’re looking for a driven Junior Customer Success Manager to help our customers succeed using our AI platform. Your job is simple: make sure haulers, dealers, and operators get value from our technology and win more business.
You’ll support onboarding, answer day-to-day questions, build relationships, and help customers transform how they sell. If you’re organized, great with people, hungry to learn, and excited about AI in a blue-collar industry, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
• Onboard new customers and train them on the CommanderAI platform
• Support accounts with questions, troubleshooting, and best practices
• Build strong relationships with users in the waste and recycling space
• Monitor customer usage and keep accounts engaged and successful
• Gather customer feedback and work with product and engineering to improve the platform
• Help document, refine, and scale customer success processes
What We’re Looking For:
• Curiosity about the waste management industry (experience is a plus, not required)
• 1+ year in customer success, support, sales, or similar customer-facing work preferred
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Comfort learning and explaining software tools
• Organized, proactive, and eager to grow with a fast-moving startup
