Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Group Sales Manager located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for generating group business by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts to meet revenue goals. They will coordinate with other departments to ensure successful event execution, conduct site visits, and manage client communications. Other responsibilities include creating proposals, maintaining accurate records in the sales system, and staying informed about market trends to drive future sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Event Planning, and Hospitality Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Sales Software
- Organizational and Time Management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the Atlanta hospitality market and trends is a plus
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
