Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Analyst - Operations, located in Redondo Beach, CA. The Junior Analyst will be responsible for analyzing operational data, supporting the development of process improvements, preparing financial and performance reports, and assisting with customer service initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to optimize workflows and achieve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on collaboration and client interaction
Knowledge of finance and accounting principles relevant to operations analysis
Well-organized with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in relevant software tools and programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel, data analytics platforms)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role or related field is a plus
