HARD SKILLS + PROGRAMS

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Interior Design or Graphic Design
2-3 years Working Design Experience
Must have strong modeling skills in Sketch Up and high-quality rendering capabilities with plug in of choice
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
Advanced understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments, especially within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
Agency experience a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment between creative concepts and execution.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
Collaborate with production to allocate resources effectively and optimize workflow.
Work closely with project managers/producers to establish realistic timelines and budgets for experiential design projects.
Introduce fresh and imaginative ideas that push the boundaries of conventional creative thinking, resulting in truly unique and engaging experiences.
Clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to both internal teams and clients, fostering a collaborative and transparent design process.
Flex into Graphic Design + Production Design on an as needed basis.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and experiential design innovations to infuse cutting- edge concepts into projects.
Implement best practices for the creative process within the agency, ensuring consistency and excellence in all design outputs.
Develop and refine design processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency in delivering high-impact designs.
