Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager. The position is based in Houston, TX, with flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, overseeing brand promotions, conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior, and managing digital marketing efforts. Tasks will also involve coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that marketing objectives align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strategic Marketing, Campaign Management, and Brand Promotion skills
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Marketing
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to conduct and interpret Market Research
- Effective Communication and Presentation skills to engage stakeholders and teams
- Leadership and Team Management skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
- Experience in retail or food industry marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
