Draco Electronics, LLC, a thriving and expanding cable assembly manufacturer, is searching for a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive - Space Applications & Electronics Manufacturing. This role is based in Denver, CO.

We are seeking an energetic, proactive, competitive, and achievement-oriented professional. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of space applications and other electronics manufacturing industries, a mastery of complex selling, and a proven track record in business-to-business sales. This role involves selling and delivering Draco’s turnkey solutions, including custom cable assembly, quick-turn manufacturing, and New Product Introduction (NPI) services.

Key Responsibilities (Denver, CO - Remote)
- Achieve or surpass revenue targets from both new and existing accounts.
- Utilize deep experience, consultative sales expertise, and established relationships to engage with executive sponsors, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee all sales activities, including opportunity development, resource allocation, sales team collaboration, account planning and execution, strategy, and accurate forecasting.
- Lead the creation and delivery of a compelling value proposition.
- Conduct thorough discovery, leveraging internal resources (e.g., sales engineering, finance, management) to successfully close deals.
- Perform additional assigned duties as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) successful years as a quota-carrying Account Executive in space applications and other electronics manufacturing companies.
- A strong drive to close high-value deals.
- Excited about shaping the sales strategy and generating new revenue for an established SMB.
- Proven ability to build a sales pipeline and manage the entire sales cycle effectively.
- Possesses a client-first mindset and is committed to finding solutions for complex client challenges.
- Highly adaptable and capable of quick, creative problem-solving.
- Demonstrates unwavering resolve when facing challenges or difficult negotiations; failure is not an option.
- Must have a documented history of closing deals and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Comfortable interacting with and building strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives.
- Detail-oriented and analytical with a high clock speed.
- Team player, positive attitude and willingness to help others.

Benefits
- The estimated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual commission plan, paid on a quarterly basis. Commission amounts may vary and are determined individually based on applicable performance metrics and other relevant factors.
- The final starting salary is determined by evaluating several key factors, including the candidate's relevant skills, professional experience, and the geographic location of the role. This ensures a fair and competitive compensation package that is aligned with both the candidate's qualifications and current local market conditions.
