What You’ll Do
- Participate in a comprehensive learning program that develops your ability to deliver holistic financial advice to clients.
- Gain valuable hands-on sales and marketing experience while learning how to grow your own business.
- Build prospecting and networking skills through community engagement, social media, and personal relationships.
- Master the process of providing tailored financial solutions — from proposal to policy — while supported by top-tier mentors.
- Learn how to educate, empower, and guide families toward lifelong financial confidence.
What We Can Offer You
- Hourly Wage: $16/hour during the trainee period (only for 30 days).
- Promotion: Upon completion, you’ll advance to Financial Representative with an annual base plus unlimited monthly sales incentives.
- $1,000 bonus after successful completion and promotion.
- Education-based Accelerator Program that transitions you to an independent Financial Advisor career.

What You’ll Bring

- Willingness to obtain required Life & Health insurance licenses (before starting the program we will provide licensing coach and study materials and fees acquired.
- Ability to pass a CRD/FINRA background check and complete securities licensing within 24 months.
- Reliable transportation.
Preferred (but not required):
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Prior exposure to the insurance, financial, or sales industries.
