Prestige Audi is seeking an experienced Finance Coordinator who delivers precise deal management, exceptional customer experience, and strong financial performance. This role requires a detail-driven professional who ensures every deal is clean, compliant, processed efficiently, and funded promptly. All while maintaining high profitability and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all deal paperwork efficiently and accurately to meet customer timelines and expectations
- Ensure contracts are complete, compliant, and funding-ready before submission
- Submit contracts promptly and actively manage funding to minimize CIT
- Resolve lender stipulations quickly to avoid delays
- Meet with clients to review and execute lease and finance documents in a clear, professional, and consultative manner
- Present and sell protection products including service contracts, GAP, wheel & tire protection, PPF, ceramic coatings, maintenance programs, and additional ancillary offerings
- Maintain strong product penetration, and excellent product and reserve PVR
Sales Team Support
- Work closely with sales consultants and managers to support lease, finance and product offerings.
- Ensure accurate deal setup to prevent re-contracting and lost time
- Support both profitability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain seamless handoffs from sales to finance to accounting
Performance Expectations
- Strong, consistent PVR performance
- Clean, audit-ready paperwork
- Efficient processing with minimal funding delays
- Prompt contract funding
- Professional, luxury-level client engagement
Requirements
- Automotive finance experience required
- Proven track record of strong PVR and product sales performance
- Strong understanding of leasing, retail financing, and lender compliance
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Positive attitude, professional presence, and strong work ethic

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
