This Summer Internship is ideal for students who are passionate about real estate and eager to gain hands‑on experience within a high‑performing Asset Management team. As an intern, you will be integrated into a group that actively manages a large, diverse real estate portfolio and is deeply committed to teaching, collaboration, and professional growth.Throughout the summer, you’ll work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful discussions, and gain practical exposure to the day‑to‑day responsibilities involved in managing real estate assets. What You’ll Be Involved InSupport the Asset Management team overseeing 7,500+ apartment units and 1.5M sq. ft. of industrial real estateParticipate in leasing calls, asset reviews, and team meetingsAssist with market research and analysis of property performanceSupport financial analysis, Excel models, and portfolio reportingLearn and work in real estate systems including Yardi, Entrata, HelloData, and REBAVisit Denver-area apartment communities, industrial properties, and development projectsContribute to projects that support active asset management initiatives
