We’re expanding and seeking an experienced Sales Executive who knows how to cultivate business relationships, secure contracts, and deliver exceptional service outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage new B2B accounts across local and statewide markets
- Present A CleanSlate’s comprehensive service portfolio with professionalism and confidence
- Conduct client site visits, identify needs, and deliver tailored proposals
- Drive consistent revenue growth through proactive prospecting and relationship management
- Partner with management and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience — ideally in facility services, Janitorial, construction, or industrial markets
- Skilled in consultative selling, proposal development, and closing mid- to large-scale contracts
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with professional presentation
- Self-motivated achiever with disciplined time management
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within New Mexico
