The Integrated Experts is looking for driven and high-performing individuals to join our team as In-Home Window Sales Consultants. You’ll provide expert consultations, and guide them through tailored window solutions that improve the quality and comfort of their home.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled, in-home consultations with homeowners interested in windows.
- Present customized window proposals and educate clients on design, energy savings, and financial options.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from initial contact to closing, and collaboration with operations for project handoff.
- Follow up with leads and previous appointments to re-engage interest and provide further value.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our products, financing options, and installation process.
- Use CRM tools to track appointments, pipeline activity, and communication history.
- Work closely with your team and leadership to meet monthly sales goals and performance standards.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of previous in-home or B2C sales experience (window experience a preferred).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with clients through honesty, transparency, and industry knowledge.
- Coachable attitude with a strong desire to improve and succeed.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work evenings/weekends when needed.
- Must be comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-heavy environment.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year
