We are a tech-forward Client Advisory Services (CAS) firm serving owner-operated businesses in healthcare, franchising, and other industries. We value curiosity, collaboration, solutions, and integrity, and we’re looking for an early-career Staff Accountant who wants to learn quickly and grow into a client-facing advisory role.
Your first year will focus on learning our systems and approach while building a strong foundation across accounting, payroll, and tax.
Xero (Cloud Accounting)
- Learn our workflows, reports, and chart of accounts
- Record financial activity and reconcile client accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements and KPI-based reporting packages
Payroll Across Several Systems
- Validate automated payroll entries
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and help clients navigate challenges
Tax Preparation Using Modern Tools
- Prepare returns using CS UltraTax
- Use SurePrep to automate workpapers and minimize data entry
- Access leading AI tax research tools

- Present and discuss monthly financial statements with clients
- Support tax planning and help clients optimize their tax position

- Build toward a Client Relationship Manager role within our CAS practice

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong command of English
- Strong Excel skills
- CPA or candidates actively pursuing CPA will receive preference
Pay: $54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
