Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sound Guy to join our dynamic media production team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality audio capture and sound management during a specific live productions. Your expertise will help bring creative visions to life by delivering crystal-clear sound that enhances the overall quality of our video content.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot 4-band outdoor audio live events to ensure optimal sound quality.
- Collaborate with related parties to determine audio needs and technical requirements.
- Manage signal processing equipment to enhance audio clarity and reduce background noise during recordings.
- Monitor audio levels throughout filming or live sessions, making real-time adjustments as needed.
- Load and Unload, maintain and organize all audio gear, ensuring equipment is in good working condition for each project.
- Assist in post-production sound editing using industry-standard software to refine audio tracks.
- Support filming activities by providing expert advice on microphone placement, acoustics, and sound design.
Skills
- Proficiency with audio mixing with Behringer x32 and sd32
- Strong understanding of signal processing techniques to optimize sound quality.
- Knowledge of audio production workflows including sound recording, editing, and mixing.
- Ability to operate various microphones, mixers, recorders, and related audio equipment effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues quickly during live events.
