Position SummaryThe Dubin Clark Investment Analyst position is responsible for supporting the Firm’s investment teams. The firm structures itself in small, entrepreneurial teams to pursue specific investment ideas and build great portfolio companies. This Analyst will have the following responsibilities while reporting to the Investment Team and Partners in both offices:
· 0-3 Year Analyst Program (longer potential w/exceptional performance)
· Location: Dubin Clark's Jacksonville Beach, Florida office
· Start: ASAP
Responsibilities· Industry analysis to identify attractive investment spaces or businesses, and competitive analysis within the space
· Strategic financial analysis – evaluate new investments for risks and potential returns based on detailed financial analysis
· Complex financial modeling – build financial models to evaluate potential investment opportunities
· Transaction process support – support the deal process by assisting portfolio company management, firm leadership, and strategic partners, with deal execution related work from due diligence through closing.
· Create internal and external investment memorandums on opportunities
· Prepare introductory, offer and financing presentations; prepare indication of interest (IOI) letters, and letters of intent (LOI); assist in due diligence and deal closing process
· Monitor portfolio financial performance and reporting requirements
· Demonstrated ability to identify, adopt, and implement artificial intelligence tools that enhance efficiency, automate analyses, and improve data-driven decision-making across investment and operational processes.
Qualifications· One to two years of investment banking, corporate finance / accounting or consulting experience with superior performance
· Strong modeling, problem-solving, and analytical skills, and excellent research skills
· Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interact with deal sources

· Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
· Clean background / credit / criminal / pre-employment drug screening
