Leap Managed I.T., one of the Midwest’s largest managed IT providers, is seeking a dynamic Technology Sales Consultant to help expand our presence across Southern Indiana through direct outreach, event representation, and strategic marketing delivery. The territory for this role covers key Southern Indiana markets including Columbus, Evansville, and Bloomington.
Candidate can expect to work 2 days per week at their home office and 3 days a week visiting prospective clients across Southern Indiana. Preferred candidates reside in either Columbus or Bloomington area communities.
This is a base salary + bonus position.
Position Overview:
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of Leap connecting with prospects, delivering marketing materials, and representing our brand at key events. This role blends in-office strategy with in-market execution, perfect for someone who thrives on variety, autonomy, and meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Engagement: Spend 2 days per week at home office identifying and contacting potential clients across Southern Indiana.
- Field Outreach: Spend 3 days per week visiting businesses, delivering marketing materials, and building relationships with decision-makers.
- Event Representation: Represent Leap at trade shows, networking events, golf tournaments, and other B2B functions to increase brand visibility and generate leads. Collaborate with our marketing team to execute campaigns, gather feedback from the field, create in market social media posts and refine outreach strategies. Serve as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador for Leap’s services.

- Organized & Self-Motivated: Able to manage your schedule, territory, and follow-ups independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with technolgoy is a plus (training provided).
