Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative UI/UX/Graphic Designer to join our creative team! Duties
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and Zeplin to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions, including A/B testing and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including front-end developers skilled in Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs—to translate requirements into engaging digital interfaces.
- Create responsive web designs optimized for various devices including mobile devices and desktop screens using responsive web design principles.
- Design information architecture, user flows, interaction patterns, and layout structures to enhance usability and user experience (UX).
- Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems related to digital design, data visualization, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Ensure all designs adhere to web accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive usability across diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing work on web applications, e-commerce platforms, or mobile applications.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe After Effects, and Zeplin.
- Solid understanding of front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS (and preprocessor languages like SCSS), JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies, product development processes, requirements gathering, wireframing techniques, and information architecture.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics to inform design improvements.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive web design principles, and usability best practices.
- Experience working with tools like Jira for project management and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
