HERACK INC is seeking a detail-driven and highly organized Finance & Administration Manager to oversee our financial operations, administrative processes, and internal workflows. This position plays a key role in ensuring the company’s financial health, maintaining investor and lender relations, and supporting the executive team in driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally across multiple stakeholders, and brings a solid understanding of finance, compliance, and administrative systems within a residential development setting.

Finance & Accounting
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare internal financial reports, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Coordinate with CPA firms to ensure timely reconciliations and accurate financial statements.
Banking & Lender Relations
- Manage construction draw submissions and funding requests with banks and lenders.
- Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and meet all lending requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports and funding documentation.
Investor Relations
- Create and distribute investor reports, performance updates, and project summaries.
- Assist with investor presentations, meetings, and documentation.
Administrative Management
- Oversee internal processes, office operations, contracts, insurance documents, and permits.
- Review and coordinate vendor invoices and payments with accounting partners.
Operations & Executive Support
- Work closely with the CEO to implement internal improvements and enhance reporting.
- Liaise with subcontractors, title companies, consultants, and municipalities as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in residential construction or real estate development.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgets, loan compliance, and investor communications.
- Proficient in financial and project software tools (QuickBooks, Excel, Buildertrend, Projul, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual required).
